Thalvix lets you talk to AI companions. Every companion is a computer program, not a person. Everything a companion writes, and every image it sends, is generated by artificial intelligence. Nothing it tells you is verified, and it can be confidently wrong.
Thalvix is for companionship and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a crisis or therapy service. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or, in the Netherlands, call 113 or visit 113.nl. In an emergency call 112.
Companions are adult-only by default. A companion is only available to a general audience once it has been explicitly reviewed and opened up. You must be 18 or over to use an adult companion.
Do not use Thalvix to create, request or pursue sexual content involving minors, or content depicting real identifiable people in a sexual context. Attempting this ends your access immediately, and where the law requires it, will be reported.
Keep your password or passkey to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us if you think someone else has access. One account per person, and do not share it.
Do not use Thalvix to break the law, to harass or threaten anyone, to attempt to extract the system's internal instructions, to attack or overload the service, or to generate content that sexualises minors or defames real people. We may suspend or remove access for any of these, without notice where the risk is serious.
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so far as is needed to run the service for you — see the privacy notice. Images generated for you are yours to use; note that they carry embedded metadata marking them as AI-generated, which we are legally required to include and which you should not strip.
Thalvix is offered as-is and is run on a small scale. It may be unavailable, slow, or lose features without notice, and conversations can be affected by faults. Please do not treat it as a permanent archive of anything you would be upset to lose.
You can stop using Thalvix at any time and ask us to delete your account.
We keep nothing beyond what is needed to run the service for you. There is no archive, no backup copy held "just in case", and nothing retained for analytics or training.
Deletion is final. When you request it, your account is immediately suspended and we stop using your data. After a 7-day cooling-off period — during which you can change your mind — everything is destroyed: your conversations, the memories your companions formed, generated images, and your account itself.
After those 7 days we cannot restore any of it. Not partially, not on request, not for a fee. The destruction is complete and irreversible, and we hold no copy that would let us undo it. Please export anything you want to keep before you ask.
The only exception is where the law requires us to keep something specific — for example a record needed to establish or defend a legal claim, or to meet a legal obligation. That is narrow, and it never includes your conversations.
We do our best but we cannot promise the service is uninterrupted or that a companion's output is accurate or suitable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of Thalvix. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law.
These terms may change; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be signalled in the app. Dutch law applies, and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protections available to you as a consumer where you live.
